The Plough at Bolnhurst is an independent restaurant and as such, our continued viability, in our rural location, relies heavily on reservations being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any changes to reservations or plans.
The Plough reserves the right to charge for any cancelling guest within 24 hours unless we able to resell the place or for any no show guests, in these instances £30 per person. Any charges will be made against the credit/debit card used at the time of booking. By making a booking with us you agree to these conditions and charges.
Cancellations or alterations for reservations must be made online; there will be a link in your confirmation email, alternatively notified us by email: email@example.com
